Ingredientes
- 105g Elote amarillo licuado
- 105g Elote amarillo
- 187g Harina de trigo
- 50g Queso crema
- 7g Polvo para hornear
- 300mL Leche condensada
- 3 Huevos
- 150mL Aceite vegetal
- 1 ENCOTapa Esencia de vainilla ENCO
- Salsa de Caramelo Caveeni
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). In a blender, combine the creamed corn, flour, cream cheese, baking powder, condensed milk, eggs, oil, and ENCO vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.
- Add the whole kernel corn and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased square pan.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with Caveeni Caramel Sauce.
