Corn Bread

Ingredientes

  • 105g Elote amarillo licuado
  • 105g Elote amarillo
  • 187g Harina de trigo
  • 50g Queso crema
  • 7g Polvo para hornear
  • 300mL Leche condensada
  • 3 Huevos
  • 150mL Aceite vegetal
  • 1 ENCOTapa Esencia de vainilla ENCO
  • Salsa de Caramelo Caveeni

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). In a blender, combine the creamed corn, flour, cream cheese, baking powder, condensed milk, eggs, oil, and ENCO vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the whole kernel corn and mix gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased square pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with Caveeni Caramel Sauce.
